Founder & CEO
Piyush drives DecisionVector’s strategic vision, people culture, and portfolio management. He brings deep expertise in building high-performance analytics organisations and translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
His background spans credit underwriting, FP&A, enterprise BI & GenAI implementation, planning automation, and manages end-to-end client engagement and delivery — giving him the depth to move between boardroom strategy and hands-on analytical work without losing sight of either.

Samir Srivastava
Co-Founder, Head of Data & Engineering
Samir shapes DecisionVector’s data and engineering vision, building the strategy, architecture, and governance that turn scattered enterprise data into a durable competitive advantage. Across banking, NBFC, and consulting, he has repeatedly taken organisations from fragmented reporting to trusted, decision-ready data ecosystems.
His expertise spans enterprise data platforms, ETL and pipeline engineering, risk and regulatory analytics, and CXO reporting frameworks that boards rely on. He designs data functions engineered to scale, govern themselves, and outlast any single project.
At DecisionVector, he holds himself to one standard: build data systems strong enough for leaders to bet the business on.
